Delete your StitchPad account

Option 1: Delete in-app (recommended)

1. Open StitchPad on your phone.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog. You may be asked to re-authenticate for security.

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot access the app for any reason, email support@getstitchpad.com from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject line “Delete my account”. We will action the deletion within 7 days and reply when complete.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, business name)
• All customers, customer measurements, and customer photos you added
• All orders, payments, and order history
• All photos uploaded to your account
• Your authentication record

What is retained

Nothing. We do not retain any user data after deletion, and we do not keep backups of deleted accounts. Crash diagnostics (which are not linked to your identity in retained form) may persist anonymously for service-quality purposes.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can also delete individual records from inside the app without removing your account:

• Delete a customer: open the customer’s profile → tap the menu (⋯) → Delete customer. This removes the customer, their measurements, and any photos you saved for them.
• Delete an order: open the order → tap the menu (⋯) → Delete order. The order is removed; the customer it belonged to stays.
• Delete a measurement: open the customer → open the measurement → tap the menu (⋯) → Delete.

All deletions are immediate and permanent. There is no recycle bin or 30-day grace period.
